1. Mixing: Silver paint contains aluminum pigment, which may settle over time. Before use, shake or stir thoroughly to ensure even pigment distribution. Failure to do so may result in uneven color application.
2. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, or rust. For smooth surfaces such as aluminum alloy, plastic, or stainless steel, applying an epoxy primer is recommended to enhance adhesion.
3. Application Methods:
   • Brushing/Rolling: Apply evenly in thin coats.
   • Spraying: Dilute with an appropriate thinner before use. It is recommended to filter the paint before adding it to the spray gun to prevent nozzle blockage.
4. Coverage Calculation: Before purchasing, calculate the required paint quantity to avoid color variation due to different production batches.
