This product consists of water based organic silicon with modified epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, graphene, and other wear-resisting materials. It has environmentally-friendly, non-toxic, tasteless, non-flammable and non-explosive properties, which ensure the safety and protects the health of application personnel during production, application, storage, and transportation.



Application Scope
Outdoor parking lots, sports ground, playground, residential areas,parks, amusement parks, bike paths, sidewalks etc.

Before the application 

 

• The ground need to be cleaned in advance to make sure there has no ash, no sand, no oil, organic solvent, glue and other stains.

• The application environment should be kept above 10ºC. Application below 10ºC,is not recommended, and application below 0 ºC is prohibited. Additionally, avoid cold wind after application, otherwise the paint film may become powder on the surface.

• The base surface can be moist but no standing water.

• Make sure the tools used is clean, no oily paint or organic solvents such as thinner material residue.

• With water as a dispersion medium, it can be diluted with water, and tools and hands can be cleaned easily with tap water.

• Electric mixer is required. If there is no electric mixer, manual mixer is required for a certain amount of time, and make sure the whole bucket is well mixed.

Installation Instructions

 

1. Between each application you should wait 1-3 hours to dry, (e.g. your hands don't stick when you touch the surface) before you start the next coat, the drying time is affected by the temperature and air humidity, please decide according to the actual situation.

2. All materials can be used directly. If dilution is needed, 0-10% water can be added for dilution. Oily thinners such as tianna water, rosin water and banana oil are forbidden.

3. For a new cement floor, you should wait until completely dry and all alkaline has dissipated for at least 7 days, actually more than 28 days is recommended. A new cement floor will produce too much alkaline material, which will react with the paint and cause discoloration.

4. The application environment should be kept above 10ºC. Application below 10ºC is not recommended, and application below 0ºC is prohibited.

5. Avoid cold wind after application, otherwise the paint film may powder on the surface. Also avoid hot sun exposure during application, which will lead to drying and cracking of the paint film.

6. Unused materials should be stored in a cool environment; avoid low temperatures below 5ºC.

7. After completion of application, it is suggested to wait for about 24 hours to fully solidify before using. After curing for 72 hours, the surface can handle water or heavy objects.
