Textured 5D Stone/Granite Paint

This is our latest product, using imported resins, special additives, pigments, and other ingredients. It offers beautiful colors that do not fade, self-cleaning properties, and a realistic stone look and feel. This paint can enhance the character of a building wall and form a three-dimensional surface. With just one application, the coating can form an attractive marble stripe and pattern. This product is in line with ISO non-toxic standards, has zero VOCs, no odor, and is environmentally friendly. The coating is water-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and weather-resistant, reflecting the best natural stone shapes for new concept designs for buildings.

Scope of Application	This paint is suitable for high-end hotels, guesthouses, large residential areas, office buildings, schools, hospitals, apartments, and other high-end wall applications. It can be used for exterior and interior wall decoration and special areas, etc.., it can be applied to cement, gypsum board, composite board, PC board, ALC board, GRC board, protective walls, and other internal/external walls of all types of buildings.

Installation Instructions

 

1. Basic Treatment:
The base surface should be flat, dry, without floating ash, without grease, water content < 10%, PH < 10.
For porous, rough, and powdered walls, remove the floating ash and re-scrape with cement.
 

2. Bottom coating:
Use our acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and salt-resistant sealing primer to seal the bottom to ensure that the entire surface does not alkali or bloom after the main coating is sprayed.
Theoretical dosage: 0.12-0.2kg/m.
 

3. Grid:
According to the process requirements, use the seam tape to divide the wall into the required graphics.

 

4. Main coating:
Use a special spray gun for spraying, air pump pressure 0.8-1.0mpa, when the coating is thicker, spray it in two times.
Theoretical dosage: 3.5-5kg/m.
 

5. Topcoat:
After the main coating is completely dry, use a spray gun to spray or roll the surface coating. Theoretical dosage: more than 0.12-0.2kg/m. Application humidity: >5C, relative humidity <80%, avoid construction in rainy and windy weather.
The interval between application times on the same wall should not be too long to avoid color difference.
If there is seam tape on the wall, it should be removed after the main coating has just been sprayed and dried for 0.5-2 hours.
 

 

Application Conditions

Reference coating area: about 1.2-2.0 kg/m2 Application temperature is between 5-35°C, relative humidity below 85%, wind speed below 5 m/sec, no rain, snow, or rainy weather. The walls require adequate drying. (Moisture content below 10%, PH value less than PH9) The wall should not contain dust, oils, foreign matter, and other pollutants. The wall should not have slots, gaps, marks, pores, or damaged parts.

Application Precautions

The air temperature should be between 5-35°C. It will take at least 4 hours (8 hours in winter) to dry after application. The temperature should be maintained above 5°C. When the relative humidity reaches more than 85%, the coating stripes may change due to the condensation phenomenon, and the application needs to be stopped. If you notice that the coating stripe is abnormal, please stop the application, remove the abnormal parts before you continue the application. When stopping work in the middle of the work, pay attention to the spray gun interface, keep the muzzle moist to prevent blocking the gun, to avoid an abnormal connection of the spray gun. The products should be stored at a temperature above 5°C and below 30°C. The environment should be dry and cool. DO NOT expose the products to the sun. If the material is not used up in time after opening the cover, please seal it well to prevent the material from contacting with the air for a long time and affecting the quality. Please refer to the company's application plan for details of the application process.
