Installation Instructions
| 1. Surface Preparation |
- Cleaning: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants such as oil, dust, dirt, or loose particles. The surface must be level and in good condition.
- Repairing: Fill any cracks, holes, or imperfections with an appropriate putty. Once applied, sand the surface smooth to ensure an even coating.
- Moisture and pH Requirements: The moisture content of the substrate should not exceed 10%, and the pH value must be ≤ 9 for optimal adhesion and performance.

2. Anti-Alkali Primer Application
|
- Mixing: Dilute the primer with clean water according to the product guidelines (typically 10%-20%), stirring thoroughly to achieve a uniform mixture.
- Application: Using a roller or spray gun, apply 1-2 coats of primer, ensuring complete and even coverage of the surface.
- Drying: Allow the primer to dry to the touch in 4-6 hours under normal ambient temperature. After the primer has dried, wait at least 24 hours before proceeding to the next step.

5. Metallic Paint Application
