How to Use:
1. To ensure optimal adhesion, meticulously clean the construction site of any oil and dust. The base surface must be completely dry and devoid of water stains before proceeding.
2. Begin with a thin, uniform first coat. Avoid excessive layering to facilitate easy and thorough drying.
3. Once the first coat is dry and free of any stickiness, proceed to evenly apply the second coat to maintain a consistent finish.
4. Allow the applied paint to cure in a well-ventilated area for a full 24 hours before performing any water testing to ensure maximum durability.
Application Method:
1. For exterior wall porcelain brick waterproofing:
Preparation is key. Fully clean and dry the base surface, ensuring it is utterly free of oil and dust. Repair any cracks and smooth out pitted surfaces. Using a manual brush or spray gun, methodically cover the entire surface for superior waterproofing.
2. For cement-based concrete surfaces:
Ensure the foundation is solid, dense, and dry. Smooth out uneven areas with waterproof putty. Apply 2-3 coats of paint, ensuring each layer dries to a non-sticky finish before applying the next. Alternate brush strokes for comprehensive coverage. The interval between coats should not exceed 36 hours. Refrain from application during rainy weather or in high humidity conditions.
Note:
Post-application, conduct a meticulous inspection of the entire project to identify and rectify any missed spots, ensuring a flawless waterproof layer.
